Pastor Patterson is passionate about reaching people through the love of God. As the Pastor of this fellowship his heart's desire for the community and city of London is for souls to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth of the gospel. However, the burden of his ministry and preaching is to see the West Indian community come to to know Christ in such numbers that it will change and lift up the people.

Ladies Worship Band
We have a very talented worship band that lead our congregation every Sunday and worship the Lord with excellence. They consider it pure joy and an honour to give the Lord their first fruits every Sunday.

Ladies Department
The Lighthouse Church of God Apostolic ladies department was set up to promote a strong, supportive relationship between mature ladies, younger ladies and teens. Lighthouse Church of God Apostolic ladies department is organised by a council of four mature ladies. Each member in the group is allocated five-six ladies. Their role will be to mentor, support the ladies in there group practically and spiritually.
The council of ladies aims are :
- To develop, encourage each ladies relationship with the Lord by studying and memorising the Bible.
- To supporting, encouraging each lady to recognise her calling, talent and to acknowledge the will of God for their life I order to be a productive member of the church.
- Provide opportunities for Lighthouse ladies to share skills, experiences and ideas, for example cooking, baking, flower arranging, crafts etc.,
- To be supportive to each other in a spiritual or practical manner.
- To provide an environment where every lady feels that she can safely/confidently raise issues or concerns without feeling judged or condemned.
- Lighthouse ladies meet bi-monthly on a Saturday, where we plan the year activities, speakers, fund raising activities, outings and social events.
We attend/support other ladies events in the community for example marriage seminar, leader seminar, baby shower.
- We plan and arrange four Sunday service for the year, where the ladies are in full control on the day.
Youth Ministry
Youth is a unique period of life – one filled with exploration, discovery, excitement and fulfilment. The Church Youth Ministry provides a nurturing, loving environment for young people exploring the world. It is a safe place where faith guides exploration and self-discovery.
USHER INFORMATION
Sister Susan Anderson is the lead Usher at the Lighthouse Church of God Apostolic.
Working alongside me are five devoted greeters (brothers/sisters) who will be happy to welcome you whenever you visit our church. Our ministry as Ushers is an important role that allows us to work with and alongside all the other departments' leaders within the church environment. My team is adoptable to changes and anticipate unexpected changes of event. Our role is to assist our Pastor in accomplishing the goals: Making the visitors/congregation feel welcome, assisting the visitors/brethren to their seats, and maintaining a safe, friendly environment.
As Ushers we are responsible, highly visible to maintain order, for example being alert for any suspicious movement towards the stage/platform. We see our Ministry of Ushering as an essential part of the church.
